“We’ve stayed at several hotels in this area, and Hotel Zoe is definitely the best option. While the rooms are a bit dated, the staff are very friendly and exceptionally helpful. There is an amenities fee, but it actually feels worthwhile — it includes perks like a complimentary one-hour bike rental, food and beverage credit, and coffee/tea service. Compared with nearby hotels that charge the same fee without offering equivalent benefits, Hotel Zoe provides much better value.”

“The location is perfect. Less than 15 minute walk to Alcatraz pier and less than five minutes to the Cable Car, Fisherman’s Warf, car rental (for a trip to Muir Wood), and Trader Joe’s. The bus to the Golden Gate Bridge is directly across the street. Room was spacious and comfortable.”

“Hotel Zoe was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them HIGHLY if you are in the Fisherman's Wharf area. The staff was incredibly kind yet professional, the room was clean and beautiful, and the location was superb for doing the Alcatraz tour or any of the SF hot spots. I will say that I was so impressed with them because I accidentally had my hair iron fall on one of their chairs, and they were so gracious about it....”
